Public /ambassador route renders: "Applications closed. Nominations only." No open form. The ONLY pathway into the ambassador program is via existing 01. Collective cardholder nomination. Cardholders access /ambassador/nominate (authenticated by card #) and submit one nomination per quarter (nominee name · IG · why · venue context). Tommy-signed Resend invitation goes to each nominee with a Cal.com 20-min booking link. Tommy personally meets every nominee. The exclusivity IS the recruitment funnel.
The Earned Moment
Public "how do I get nominated" inbound becomes the marketing. Sydney's V3 ambassador-network register (founders / creatives / fashion / women-in-business 25-32) starts discussing Spritzies cards as social currency. The cardholder-only nomination mechanic generates organic "who has a card" conversations across the perfect-profile cohort. Trade-press hook: "Spritzies' ambassador program is closed to applications and growing 15 per quarter."

The Constraint
Nominations-only is PERMANENT through Phase 1 + Phase 2. No public application form ever surfaces, even when growth feels slow. The "growth feels slow" moment is the test — opening public applications resets the mechanic to zero permanently. Per-cardholder limit: 1 nomination per quarter (prevents low-quality flooding · keeps cardholder accountable for nominee fit).
