There are 1000 cards. That's it. Your number is your story.
The Move
Print 1000 physical numbered membership cards #001-#1000 at premium stock (Demas-style restraint · Spritzies palette · number rendered large enough to read in any photograph). Distribute only at hosted events (G01-G04 mechanics) or by direct invitation from existing cardholders (each cardholder can nominate ONE successor when leaving the program). When card #1000 is issued, the /01-collective public page changes to "closed · 1000 founding members · the program is full." Forever.
The Earned Moment
The card itself · photographed in cardholders' hands at Sydney venues · the number large enough to be readable. Each photograph generates a cohort-marketing moment: "I have card #084" becomes a status line in Sydney's V3 ambassador-network register. The /01-collective public page shows live "X of 1000 issued" counter — every visit reinforces scarcity.

The Constraint
Print 1000 cards. No card #1001. Ever. Operator signs no-exceptions policy at concept approval — this is the load-bearing commitment. Every other mechanic in the playbook (G01 · G02 · G04 · G07 · G12) compounds onto this cap. Breach the cap once, the whole flywheel breaks.
